You are cordially invited to From Ethiopia to Yerusalem: We Came Bearing Gifts, an international, online conference organized jointly by The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University, and sponsored by the Morris and Rosalind Goodman Family Foundation. The conference sheds light on the experience and study of Ethiopian Jewry from a wide range of disciplinary perspectives, ranging from the arts, to literature, history, religion and religious texts, education, society, the Israeli and Canadian Ethiopian Jewish community experiences, and more. Academics and the general public are all welcome. This online conference will feature both English and Hebrew presentations (with translations).
